As parents, we have all had those holy moly moments in life, either with the kids or other messes, where we really could use a sink and wash cloth. You know those moments where that baby wipe is just not going to do the job properly? I'm 52 years old Wash. I like it for a lot of reasons. One is that it has that Baby Magic scent that is very familiar. It is tear free, hypoallergenic, has no dyes and is a nice portable size. When I tried the no rinse solution I had no expectations other then it being Baby Magic, which is a brand I know and trust. The solution dispenses in a nice fluffy foam, and all I did was rub it on then wipe it dry with a dry wash cloth. There wasn't any mess to it and I had nothing to throw away. It left me feeling refreshed and clean. When using with small children or infants it gives them that pleasant baby freshly washed scent. A big plus for me is that it's pH balanced and there is no alcohol in it, like some of the other on the go products, so it will not sting your child if they have a scratch or a sore somewhere. In recent years I have found that buying pH balanced products works better with my body's natural chemistry, so that I stay fresh longer! I like this product so much I keep a bottle in my bag for on the go. There is also one on my night stand, in my camper, and in my glove box. I love that it won't dry out on me like my wipes do sometimes.
So why do I trust Baby Magic brand so much that I would do so many reviews for their products? Actually, I have several reasons why I love and trust the Baby Magic name. First, it's made right herein the U.S.A. so I know that there are no short cuts and weird ingredients. It's cruelty free, which means they don't test on animals. I do not endorse any company that I know tests on animals. Baby Magic has been around since the 1950's, so they have always been a part of my life. Baby Magic doesn't use Phthalate, Paraben, DMDM, 1,4-dioxane or quaternium in any of their products or processes. Without going into a full blown chemistry lesson I will tell you a little about why it's a good thing they aren't used. Phthalates are plasticizes used to soften vinyl. Some companies use them to make the fragrances last longer. (*1)., Parabens are used to prevent microbe growth in cosmetics. It is thought that parabens can be a cause of breast cancer. (*2) . DMDM is a preservative that releases formaldehyde (*3) . 1,4-dioxane is a solvent that is known to cause cancer in lab animals, (*4) and quaternium is a preservative that also releases formaldehyde. It also can cause a lot of skin irritations.(*5). You would be surprised how many companies use these chemicals in the products you are using for your children, and I love that Baby Magic doesn't.
