I received a package of Knorr Chicken Stock to review. My cool package also gave me a cute Knorr ladle and if you are like me I never have enough kitchen gadgets because I am always losing them or the kids run off with them so this was a welcome gift pack!

You get 4 pods of condensed broth mine was chicken but they also come in beef.
Each pod makes 3 1/2 cups of broth so it is cost friendly (you don't toss any unused out!).
I made pork chops and rice with greenbeans.
How I did this was brown the chops then mix the pod with 3 1/2 c water and added that to the chops
I drained a can of greenbeans and tossed them in, added 3 c instant rice and then
covered the pan and let it simmer on low for about an hour 20 min.
I also sprinkled it with a tad salt and some of my favorite seasonings.
However the Knorr stock is very flavorful and needed very little to be added to it.
My family was delighted with the results. Cooking the rice this way imade it sticky
I generally like my rice to be fluffier and maybe if I added 3 1/2 to 4 c rice it would have been but I used what I had on hand. Still it was very tasty and we all loved it.
Knorr has lots of great recipes and videos to give you helpful hints and ideas when you just don't know what to fix!
