Teas' Tea Review and Giveaway!

I was privileged to be able to try a sample of Teas' Tea, They sent me Teas' Tea Low Calorie Mango Oolong and Teas' Tea Unsweetened Pure Green. I found the teas to be light and refreshing and not the heavy too bitter, too sweet tea I sometimes find with pre bottled tea. I really liked it. Because Teas' Tea is pretty new to me I read up on them and discovered that just because this is my first time trying their tea doesn't mean some other big names haven't tried it already. Teas' Tea has been featured in Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, is preferred by Weezer and it made TOP 125 Best Packaged Food For Women in Womens Health Magazine. Tea is the second most widely consumed beverage in the world, right behind water. I have to say Ito En's Teas' Tea is one of the most impressive eco-friendly companies I've seen.
Ito En Incorporated is so dedicated to their message of living healthy, economic responsibility and world peace, that they've even broken down their plastic bottles to be the lightest plastic bottles on the market today. My favorite part about Ito En's leaps into eco-friendly innovation is their dedication to recycling. When you make tea there are a LOT of left over tea leaves, so some are used in animal feed, and some are used as a natural fertilizer. While others are made into many exciting and interesting things like Environmental Synthetic Resin, which they make into many everyday products, or public benches or their own Teas' Tea vending machines. And yet still some are turned into paper products for use in cardboard (Ito En uses cardboard boxes made of used tea leaves to ship their products). Used tea leaves are even compressed into boards for use in construction materials in buildings. Fascinatingly enough ALL of these products retain the antibacterial and deodorizing properties of green tea.
Ito En has a dedication to the people of the world too, in their company mission towards world peace, they have partnered themselves with the Whole Planet Foundation Supplier Alliance for Microcredit, which is a collectice of many different natural food companies that support micro-lending programs, which offer small business loans to the extreme poor, with a main focus on women.

Teas' Tea supports cancer research, and have a firm belief that the health benefits of green tea and vegetables can be confirmed and expanded in the scientific community. Some of the research into the specific, naturally occurring vitamins and chemicals in green tea has concluded that tea has some extremely beneficial properties for me and you, including:
Anti-tumorgenesis (the ability to inhibit the growth of tumors)
Hypertension Inhibition (lowers high-blood pressure)
Hypoglycemic Effect (lowers blood sugar levels, decreasing the amount of sugar absorption)
Antimicrobial
Prevention of Halitosis
anti-hypercholestremia (lowers cholesterol levels)
anti-Carcinogenicity
Strengthens Blood Vessels
Anti-Inflammatory
Improves Brain Function
Anti-Allergenic
Anti-obesity
Ito En's five main core company values are Natural, Healthy, Well-Designed, Safe, and Delicious. Teas' Tea not only offers their specialty ready-to drink bottled teas, but also loose-leaf teas, tins, and a variety of lovely gift sets.
