Kids Corner Valentines Card Boxes

I found these great Valentine mail boxes that are made out of tissue boxes they are so cute and easy to make that I wanted to share them with you.

Materials you need FOR THE ALIEN:

Solid-color tissue box 

Glue 

Felt

Card stock 

Pipe cleaners Pen 1-1/2 inch googly  eyes

For the Alien , glue soft felt teeth inside the box's opening and a card-stock heart nose just above. Curl two pipe cleaners into springs by wrapping them around a pen, then glue a 1-1/2-inch-wide googly eye to the end of each spring. Insert the other ends through the box and secure them with tape inside.

FOR THE CAT:

Cat template

Wire

Solid-color tissue box 

Glue 

Felt

Card stock 

Pipe cleaners

Pen

1-inch-wide googly eyes

1. To make the cat, glue a card-stock forehead, ears, and tail to the box.  (You can save the  templates to you pictures then print them.) Use glue to attach thin wire whiskers, a heart-shaped card-stock nose, and 1-inch-wide googly eyes
