People need to realize that the danger of SOPA is not over yet, Congress has stated that it's been put up on a shelf, but that doesn't mean they've abandoned the bill. In fact it's far from it, as SOPA and ACTA was originally negotiated in secret behind closed doors, these negotiations without public knowledge has since continued. The fact that these charlatans who are pouring millions of dollars in endorsements to try and force the bill through, are originally the very same companies who CREATED, sold, profited and taught people how to use pirating software. Vivendi Universal, EMI Music, Warner Music, Sony Music, Disney, Disney News Corp, Time Warner, Viacom, NBC Universal, Sony Pictures, and Motion Picture Association of America have all donated a sum of over 100,00,00.00 dollars.
I am now asking you to boycott these very same companies, these people who think they can manipulate the governemt as well as the general public. The corporations biggest weakness is it's income, if we stop buying from them, and affect their income, they have no choice but to pay attention, and take the people who feed them a tad more seriously. Congress doesn't care about us, they cares about the Almighty Dollar, and the lobbyists who feed their pockets an average of about $178,00.00 dollars a year, And the corporations only care about themselves and how to line their own tender pockets.
