Arm & Hammer Holiday Blog Tour!

If you have read many of my post regarding cleaners and food ingredients you would already know that I am as green as I can be on my budget. I knew that you could use Arm & Hammer Baking Soda (a brand I have used all my 51 years) as a tooth paste, refrigerator, carpet and car deodorizer I have even used it to clean silver (3 parts A&H to 1 part water) and freshen the cat box. During this review I discovered that Arm & Hammer does a lot more then that. To my delight I discovered that You can also use Arm & Hammer Baking Soda as a all natural cleaner on your counter tops, sinks, cutting boards, microwaves I could go on forever mentioning what is in your kitchen during the holidays. All you need to do is sprinkle a little on your damp wash cloth and wipe it down then dry it off! How much easier can it get? I really love the convenient shaker canister that allowed me to sprinkle with out the fear of too much coming out at once!

You can also add a pinch of Arm and Hammer to your potatoes to make them fluffier and a dash to your drinks to make them fizzier. You can use Arm and Hammer to clean your fruits and vegetables  All you do is put some on a cloth and wipe the food down, or if it is soft like a peach you can out some Arm and Hammer in a bowl of water and then add the fruit!

I read hints to keep your rooms, trashcans  and furniture fresh by sprinkling some Arm and Hammer in them. The tips that intrigued me the most and made me want to try was the bathing tips. I added a little Arm and Hammer to my shampoo before I put it on my hair, and it took out all the excess build up leaving my hair fresh and clean. I also made a paste of 3 parts Arm and Hammer, one part water and about 1/4 c of oatmeal and used that as a scrub on my face and body. Man did that make me feel fresh.
