John Paul Pet Products Review and Giveaway

I asked for a review of John Paul Pet Products because I am really familiar with Paul Mitchell products so I knew this had to be good and I wanted to see if I was right. I am pleased to say I was.

I am delighted that I received the Awapoochi Shampoo ($14.95 RV), Conditioning Rinse ($14.95 RV) and John Paul Pet Grooming pack ($35.99 RV) The kit includes Waterless Foam Shampoo, Oatmeal Conditioning Spray and a grooming brush. The reason I wanted to try the shampoo and cream rise is because they are PH balanced, Paraben and EDTA free. My pets very important to me, some of them are old and ill. They are in the last stages of their lives and sticking them in a tub, soaping them up, rinsing them off is tiring and alarming to them. I always want the best and in my opinion John Paul is right up there.
I really wanted to try the Waterless Foam Shampoo for my oldest dog and that cat I talked about that bit me when I gave him the last bath.Unlike a lot of other products, John Paul shampoos are usable both for dogs and cats. When they arrived my daughter took one look at the waterless shampoo and asked if it was good for rats, she has a five year old rat who is also about to leave us. Lauree used to bathe her regularly but once Kizzy started to fail, my daughter just started to wipe her down with a warm cloth. That doesn't take much off an ill animal. So I asked my contact if these products can be used on rats, to my surprise she said yes. John Paul products can be used on all small animals. Lauree grabbed the waterless Foam Shampoo and I think I will have to purchase more in order to use any of it on my dog and cat since it worked so well on her rat. She has confiscated it from me! I love the oatmeal conditioning spray, it's a leave in moistener that is designed to detangle and bring back the shine on your pets coats. Oatmeal is also excellent to help dry and itchy skin.

I was able to use the shampoo and conditioning rinse on three of my dogs and a cat. I am really impressed how bright the hair on the dogs became. The shampoo did so much better on my pets than any other product I have ever used, and I have tried several in my search for the perfect products for them.To all of their surprise I used conditioner on them for the first time in their lives. Their coats are so soft and silky, they smell so clean and fresh. I truly love the Awapoochi product line. The cat I bathed was my husbands cat, Misty. She was looking pretty scruffy and when you touched her coat it felt almost hard. Not from dirt, she just never has had a smooth soft coat like the other cats have. She is a Russian Blue, very lovable and very devoted to my husband. She wasn't happy about the bath but tolerated it much better then my cat, Paint, did. I did use the conditioner on her also, Misty shed more than the dogs did while bathing her, I am so happy that I had the brush with this kit, throughout the day I have brushed her many times, each time she gets a smoother softer coat. The cat did not instantly become soft and silky like the dogs and I really don't expect her to because her coat just isn't that way, however it has become much softer then it has ever been before. I think with more grooming and repeated treatments she will also be a lot fluffier and softer.
