I want to introduce you to ivee digit. She is a voice activated clock that is wonderful for anyone that loves new technology or for your grandparents who don't like technology. ivee is a wonderful tool for anyone with a disability or handicap. As long as the person can speak clearly ivee would be an asset to them. There are certain things you have to know about ivee before rushing out and buying one. It's super easy to use, you have to wait until ivee finishes speaking because it's easy to get confused when setting ivee up. I am telling you this because I had issues, but it was user error and not ivee error. This clock is very advanced and super sensitive to commands, given the wrong one she will perform it. ivee is very courteous so you have to be nice to ivee!

I was asked if ivee could respond from 6 feet away, I had not tested that so I did it and yes ivee can, in fact ivee responded from 12 feet away. I stepped out in the hall and ivee heard me but could not understand my commands. I am going to take it to my living room and see how well it does there!

ivee is available in two styles 1) flex which comes in black or white and retails for $59.99, it comes with a little bit more then mine does. For instance flex can be upgraded through the internet and has 6 sleep sounds while 2) digit (which is what I have) only comes in white and retails for $39.99. ivee digit does not have upgrade capability and comes with 3 sleep sounds. This girl thinks that the upgrade and extra sounds don't really matter because I am so not technically savvy. ivee digit is perfect for me.
