My Tria Blue Light Results

My son in law has extreme acne and I was in doubt that anything would really help. We used one treatment after another and it was always the same. Slight reduction of acne but never full and after a while it all came back in force. So when I had the chance to try the Tria blue light acne treatment on his acne I jumped at it. The best part about blue light therapy is that it kills the bacteria before it can cause a break out, this eliminates break outs completely.

We have used the Tria system for a little over 4 weeks now and James is acne free. I mean he has a clear complexion  and we give all the credit to Tria and the blue light therapy. 5 minutes a day and that's it! The money we saved from going to the dermatologist, medication costs and heck they would probably have done the exact same treatment on James that we did here for a fraction of the cost.

I do recommend this treatment system to anyone that has an acne problem, as long as you follow through and do this super easy treatment it will work. We used this system on James face and back (his back was gross) and both are completely acne free now. My only issue is they have a digital card that inserts into the machine and it is good for only 300 minutes, after that you have to pay for a new one. It is still affordable compared to the cost of a dermatologist but it would be prohibitive for a lot of people after the initial cost of the system.

Tria Skin Perfecting Blue Light system is FDA cleared so that made me feel comfortable using it. It is exactly the same as the ones a dermatologist would use and charge a lot more for and you get the same results at home with no fuss hassle of going and waiting your turn at the doctors office. It is ready when you are. For more information on Tria please visit

I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Tria and received a Tria Skin Perfecting Blue Light product sample to facilitate my review.
