Vizardz Photo Light Review and Giveaway! U.S. & CANADA!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Mom Blog Society Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Vizardz Photo Light
Vizardz uses 3D topography with 2D digital photos. They are able to make night lights, ornaments, light boxes like what I got and sculptures from your favorite photos. And the result is just beautiful!
This is not just a photo in a frame this is a way of preserving your most precious moments in a medium that will make them art. What a unique and special mothers day gift this would be.

I had the choice between a night light and a photo box and for me this was a no brainer... photo box.
I wanted to do one of the whole family because it has been about 8 years since we had photos together and I had leukemia at the time. Life slips by and sometimes things I want to do don't get done. And that is the same here, Easter came and went and no family photo when we were all together so I dug around and found one of my favorite photos of my children:
I sent it off to the company asking for it to be in color and waited for it to come. I sent it in on 4/10 and it arrived 4/ 17 so I am delightfully surprised that it arrived so quickly! When I unpacked the box this is what I saw. You can see there is something there but you can't see the details.

The photo box has a lid and when you  open it up there is a light and the photo insert which is a plate I am not sure what it is made up of and I am not sure if it is breakable I don't want to test it to find out. For some reason at the bottom of my box, just under the light there was a dark mark like it was slightly burnt I am also unsure why it had that stain. When I took a closer look it seems that when they sprayed the inside of the box white they did not do a very good job and the lid is really rough inside. For the cost of this item they should take a little closer look at the finer details, it should have a better quality inside to match the outside. You can see part of  the stain in these photos (it looks like a shadow). When I plugged in the box and turned it on this is what I saw:
Other then the fact that I thought it would be in color and it is in sienna which I have to say is a bit of a disappointment to me, I absolutely love the photo frame. I love how it comes to life when you turn it on, the look of quality on the outside and especially its uniqueness. I know people will be asking me about my photo frame for years to come.

I love that I will be able to order new plates for my box so I can change it out from time to time which is also a blessing to me. Once I get my family photo I will be getting a new photo plate for it. The boxes come in 3 sizes  4x6 ($68.95), 5x7($98.95) and 8x10($218.95). I am sure that the one the sent me is a 4x6 and the inserts cost $27.50. I was thinking about ordering this one in color but that is sort of pricey for me just to get a redo so I will have to be disappointed with this one and wait until I can get my family photo done in color. I am not going to say that I am not going to enjoy this as it is because I am. I'm trilled with it, if I had paid for it, I would have demanded a redo-on them. However, this was a free sample to me so I am not going to fuss too much about it.

(A few hours later) My contact person  responded to the fact that I was disappointed because it wasn't as I requested and he kindly offered 50% off which is a great deal since I got the box for free, yet I still don't want to pay for something that should have been different and I really don't want 2 of the same pictures. So I asked if he would allow me to use it on a future purchase I will let you know what he says. I am pleased to say that he said it would be fine to use the 50% off on my next photo I make into an insert! THANK YOU Vizardz!
