Kims Cream Puffs Anyone Can Make

4 eggs

Directions:
Boil water and butter in a saucepan. Add flour and salt, stir well until mixture leaves sides of your pan. Remove from heat, add one egg at a time to mixture and beat with hand mixer until all 4 eggs have been added.. The mix should turn yellow, be sticky and creamy-like. Drop batter by tablespoon in oblong (approx. 1"wide x2 "long) onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350-375  until light brown or 50 minutes.Let cool. They will be soggy inside that is okay.
