Stir fry Cauliflower Baby Corn

250 g cauliflower, cut into pieces

50 g baby corn, halved lengthwise, cut into two parts
1/4 onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 red onion, roughly chopped
2 large red chilies, seeded, cut into round
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
150 ml of water
oil for sauteing
1. Heat oil. Saute garlic, red onion, onions, and large red chilies until fragrant.
2. Enter baby corn and cauliflower, stir.
3. Pour water, put tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
4. Cook until done.
5. Remove and serve.
