I have been going on and on about how much I loveBens outlet and 1saleaday....(same company guys) and they have great deals..... but when something goes wrong.... NO SUPPORT!
Okay I ordered this:

I am not happy and the lights I ordered are no longer in stock so they owe me a refund and I won't buy from them again...WHY? you can not reach them. They do not respond to emails nor will they pick up the phone. You are totally at their mercy when something goes wrong. Oh NOES...I hate when I get taken advantage of and I feel this was what they did.
