Smelly Dishwasher & Disposal Cleaner Review and Giveaway (Open to US and Canada)

I have a really old dishwasher, I mean this thing is so old that it could start to draw social security if it were a human. I thought what I really needed was a shot gun so I could put it out of it's misery and then a shovel to bury it. I was doubtful that Smelly Dishwasher & Disposal Cleaner could do anything to help this thing out, so when I was sent a bottle to try out and review the first thing I did was to go and check out their web site to find out more about the company and this cleaner. I discovered that the off smell my dishwasher had could be a fungus or yeast that can grow inside the pump and motor, wow. If that bit of information wasn't enough I went to a report by US News which states that 56% of all dishwashers have a fungus growing in them...YUCK!

That was enough, I was going to try this stuff out and see if it made a difference for me. Now I am one of those people that when I get something new, the first thing I do is sniff it, cars, clothes, cleaners everything really. It was no different with smelly dishwasher when it arrived I immediately opened the bottle up and took a sniff , it smelled clean there was no hint of perfumes, chemicals or odor masks of any kind, there was just a plain clean smell.

The directions are really easy 1 cap full  divided in the soap compartment and bottom of the dishwasher, the bottle does 24 treatments..hmmmmm. I can also use it in my garbage disposer! So off to the kitchen I went, I sniffed the dishwasher, and it smelled like it always did, not bad exactly but not great either our water is really hard so we have a slightly off smell to our water anyway. I dumped the stuff in the compartment and the bottom of the washer and turned it on. Later in the day when I went back to the kitchen  and opened the washer up, it smelled clean, that not good/not bad smell was gone. It just smelled clean, like it did when I first got it. My husband and I both noticed that the compartment was also slightly brighter. I have to say I am impressed with smelly dishwasher.

I also learned that I can keep the odors away by simply using Smelly Dishwasher & Disposal Cleaner once a month which makes this a 2 year supply = really affordable! Also,if I have plastic bowls with stains in them, all I need to do is put them in the machine when I treat it with the Smelly Dishwasher & Disposal Cleaner formula, so you know that when I do this again next month I will be rounding up some of my Tupperware!
