Recipes I Couldn't Resist!



Today I was harried hassled and in a hurry, on days like this I love quick and easy things make and eat. I opened the fridge and stared at a whole lot of nothing so I grabbed the left over roast beef, a bit of onion, a bit of mushroom that was left over, some fresh rosemary, thyme and basil that I had and the cheddar cheese.... I shredded the beef and put it in a skillet along with some chopped up the onion and the left over mushrooms then I put the pan on on a medium flame, then I shredded the cheese on top of it added a couple of pinches of Rosemary, Thyme and Basil. When the cheese was melted nicely I divided the meat on to two separate buns and served the sandwiches hot... WERE THEY EVER GOOD!
