U.S. troops to leave Iraq by end of year Per the Washington post U.S. forces will be withdrawn from Iraq by the end of the year! President Obama and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki spoke this morning to come to an agreement but were unable to so Obama made the decision to completely withdraw.
